By using ReasonKit (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ReasonKit provides structured reasoning tools that help analyze decisions, identify blind spots, and improve critical thinking. The Service includes:
- CLI tools for local analysis
- Web-based documentation and resources
- Optional cloud features (ReasonKit MCP/cloud (Pro))
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use ReasonKit to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on others' intellectual property
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
- Automate access in ways that burden our infrastructure
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
ReasonKit is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The analysis and recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered:
- Professional legal advice
- Financial or investment advice
- Medical or health advice
- A substitute for professional judgment
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReasonKit and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The ReasonKit core engine is licensed under Apache 2.0. The ReasonKit brand, website content, and Pro features are proprietary. You retain ownership of your queries and analysis results.
6.1 Trademarks
"ReasonKit", "ReasonKit MCP/cloud (Pro)", "ReasonKit Enterprise", and related marks are trademarks of ReasonKit, Inc. You may use ReasonKit trademarks to accurately describe your use of ReasonKit software (e.g., "Powered by ReasonKit"), but you may not:
- Use "ReasonKit" as your product name or primary brand
- Suggest endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written permission
- Use ReasonKit trademarks in a way that could cause confusion
- Register domain names containing "reasonkit"
- Use ReasonKit logos without explicit written permission

7. Changes to Terms
